1.
To remove the heatsink, first loosen the screw carefully.

After loosening one screw, be certain that the next to be loosen should be the screw on
its adjacent side as shown on the illustration.
Be sure to loosen all the screws first before removing it totally
to release the heatsink. Failure to do so will cause a major
damage to the heatsink.
3.
Now you can totally remove all the screws also in that order when you first loosen the
screw.
Adjusting the Jumper Setting
After upgrading the CPU, you are now required to adjust the jumper setting to upgrade to a
higher frequency.
