Telnet
It is possible to communicate with the Raven across a TCP/IP network. Telnet pro-
vides a terminal style connection to the Raven .

Note: This mode is not
available through the remote
AT telnet server.
none Set modem operation to pass through mode. This will
pass any characters received on the serial port directly to
the internal hardware module and output any characters
from the internal hardware module out the serial port.
This allows direct access/configuration of the hardware
module. Once this mode is entered, the unit must be
physically reset to return to normal operation.
Note: It may take up to 30 seconds for the hardware
module to respond after CONNECT is output.
*CSX1=n n=0 or 1 0 : Data will be passed to the host.
1 : PASSTHRU mode will echo all host received data
and will not pass the data to the modem while the
modem is not asserting DCD.
Note: If the modem is asserting DCD, data will be
passed from the host to the modem as it normally is
when *CSX1=0.
*PTINIT=n n=AT command Any AT Command string to be passed to the OEM mod-
ule before entering PASSTHRU mode, e.g. AT&S1V1,
etc.
*PTREFRESH=n n=0-255 min-
utes Number of minutes of inactivity in PASSTHRU mode to
resend the *PTINIT string to the hardware module.
0 : Disabled
*RESETPERIOD=n n=0-255 hours In PASSTHRU mode, modem will be reset after this
period if no data has been sent or received. . Value is in
hours.
