Note: To avoid breaking the torsion ribbon, the locking mechanism must be
fully raised on both sides during moving or transporting the Gravitational
Torsion Balance.
Note: Save the packing material from the interior of the box, and
re-install this material during moving or transporting the Gravitational
Torsion Balance.
