ASSEMBLAGE DES TUBES
1. Assurez-vous que le joint torique est installé à l’extrémité du tube. Insérez le tube dans
le robinet d’arrêt.
2. Tournez et resserrez l'Ècrou de blocage dans le sens horaire sur le robinet d'arrÍt.

7) Apply Petroleum jelly to the inside of the piston cylinder wall
and on the collar, and reinstall the piston assembly into the piston
cylinder.
8) Insert the piston at an angle with the leading edge of the
collar placed over the slot in the piston cylinder. Bolt the piston
assembly to the pump shaft using the lever bolts.
9) Replace the protective dust cap. Tighten the
nut and bolt. Reinstall the pump handle. Replace the hose
and firmly secure the hose clamp in place.

INSTALLER LA POIGNÉE DE POMPE
La poignée de pompe s'installe à l'une ou l'autre extrémité de
l'arbre de la pompe (A). Pour installer la poignée de pompe,
placez la poignée (C) sur l'arbre (A) en alignant le trou de la
poignée de pompe et le trou de l'arbre. Poussez le côté droit
de la goupille fendue (B) à travers le trou aligné tel qu'indiqué

Only remove the pump assembly if the cartridge filter is clogged or the sprayer is leaking
between the pressure chamber o-ring and tank.
DISASSEMBLING AND REPAIRING THE PUMP ASSEMBLY
1. Release the pressure from the sprayer and remove all liquid from both the pressure chamber and tank.
2. Remove hose.
3. Remove 2 bolts attaching the pivot lever to the pump shaft and remove piston assembly (fig. 2a & 2b).
4. Remove the large clamp holding the pressure chamber and tank together (fig 1).
5. Rock the pressure chamber back and forth and push down to free it from the tank (fig 1).
6. Once freed the entire pump assembly can be removed by maneuvering it through the base frame
(fig 3a & 3b).

INSTALLER LA BANDOULIÈRE
Le dessus des bandoulières est fixé à la cuve. Fixez l'extrémité
inférieure des bandoulières en attachant les crochets de sangle à
l'armature de métal entre l'endroit où celle-ci sort de la cuve et où
elle se recourbe.
