DEVICE_ID Identification of the device
DEVICE_MAN_ID Identification code of the manufacturer of the field
device
DEVICE_SER_NUM Serial number of the field device
DIAGNOSIS Detailed information of the device, bitwise coded.
More then one message possible.
If the MSB of Byte 4 is set to 1, additional
information for the diagnosis is available in the
DIAGNOSIS_EXTENSION parameter.
DIAGNOSIS_MASK Definiton of supported DIAGNOSIS information

1 = supported
HARDWARE_REVISION Revision number of the hardware of the field
device
SOFTWARE_REVISION Revision number of the software of the field
