4.13.1.10.5 Sweep STOP
This command sets the stop frequency of the sweep:
Arguments
Type: Numeric.
Units: MHz, KHz, Hz (default)
Range: Dependent on the frequency range of the current function.
Rounding: The value is rounded to 4 digits.
