Install Frame Mounting Plate with solo seat onto motorcycle:
1. Remove stock seat(s). On Crossbones model, the stock HD frame cover must be permanently removed.
2. Locate the threaded hole at the top of the electrical box on the rear fender. Install the ¼‐20 threaded
stud with the plastic washer and flange nut as shown in the picture. Screw the stud in until there is exactly
¾” of thread remaining above the nut. Tighten nut.

3. Install the completed solo seat and frame mounting plate assembly onto the bike using the nose tab
at the front end and aligning the rear hole with the stud installed in step 2 above.
4. Secure frame mounting plate with chrome washer and acorn nut.
