Mounting Suggestions for the Honda
VTX1300 C Two-Piece Seat
Tools Required:
• 6 mm Allen Wrench
• 10 mm Open-End Wrench
Hardware:
• Chrome Spool Washer x1 (Included)
• 1” x 6 mm Bolt x1 (Included)
• Nylon Washers x2 (Included)
Baseplate Features:
The two-piece, marine-grade
fiberglass baseplate is a direct
replacement for the stock two-piece
seat. Rubber bumpers are positioned
to protect the frame and fender.
Stock Seat Removal Steps
1. Remove the stock Allen bolt on each side
of solo with a 6 mm Allen wrench.
2. Remove the stock acorn nut at the rear of
the seat with a 10 mm wrench.
3. Lift seat up and back. Note: Front and
rear seats are bolted together.
Mounting of Mustang Seat
1. Install one of the included Nylon
washers under the included Chrome
Spool Washer and secure to the fender
with the included 1” x 6 mm Bolt.
