Cyclone Solo Seat and Frame Mounting Plate
Install Cyclone Solo Seat onto Frame Mounting Plate
1. Decide on position of Cyclone Solo as follows:
a. Forward position, use rear threaded insert in seat nose.
b. Back position, use front threaded insert in seat nose. This will
also require two 5/6” diameter holes to be drilled at marked loca‐
tions on frame mounting plate.
2. Attach nose bracket #B30126 to frame mounting plate using ¼‐20 x ½”
long truss head screw and ¼‐20 flange nut. Screw goes through from top
of frame mounting plate, through nose bracket, and is secured with
flange nut. Tighten.
3. Insert ¼‐20 x 1 ½” long hex head bolt with washer
through bottom of nose bracket, through frame
mounting plate, through ¾” thick plastic spacer, and
into either the front or rear threaded insert in the
nose of the seat as was decided in step 1. Do not
tighten.
4. For the forward most seating position: Insert ¼‐20 x
¾” long Phillips truss head screws with washers
through bottom of frame mounting plate, through
1/8” thick rubber washers, and into threaded inserts
in rear section of the Cyclone solo seat.
For the rearmost seating position: Insert ¼‐20 x 1
½” long Phillips truss head screws with washers
through bottom of frame mounting plate, through
the 5/8” thick rubber bumpers, and into the
threaded inserts in rear section of the Cyclone solo
seat.
5. Tighten nose bolt and rear screws to secure solo seat to frame mounting plate.
Installation Hardware Included:
(1) #B30126 steel nose bracket (2) 5/8” thick rubber bumpers
(1) 3/4” thick plastic spacer (2) 1/4‐20 x 3/4” long Phillips truss head screws
(1) 1/4‐20 x 1/2” long hex head bolt (2) 1/4‐20 x 1‐1/2” long Phillips truss head screws
(1) 1/4‐20 x 1/2” long Phillips truss head screw (5) 1/4” flat washers
(1) 1/4‐20 flange nut (2) 1/4” chrome washers
(2) 1/8” thick rubber washers (2) 1/4”‐20 chrome acorn nuts
