Solo Seat
Baseplate Features:
Mustang Softail seats will NOT fit 1999-earlier FLSTS Heritage Springers.
All seats are built on 16 gauge formed steel baseplates. A welded nose tab clips
into the frame mount behind the gas tank. The baseplates have rubber supports at
contact points and carpet to protect the fender.

Removal of Stock Seat
1. Remove rear fender screw.
2. Pull seat back and up to remove from bike.
3. If passenger handstrap is present, remove it before installing Mustang seat.
Install Mustang Solo Seat
1. Engage nose tab at front of seat.
2. Align rear tab and insert stock 1/4‐20 fender screw.
