2.5.2.1 General description
This input is used to switch ON or OFF the MG260 module.
A high logic level has to be provided on the ON/~OFF pin to switch the module on. This
signal can be left at high level until switching the module off.
To be able to switch the module off, the ONKEY pin has to be released before using
AT+CPOF command through the firmware.

Module Activation
2.5.2.2 Operating sequences
2.5.2.2.1 Power ON
Once the module is supplied by the power source, the application must set the ONKEY
signal to high to start the module power ON sequence.
The ONKEY signal must be held for 1 s minimum. After this time, an internal mechanism
keeps it on hold.
During the power ON sequence, an internal reset is automatically performed by the module
for 240 ms (typical) 560 ms (max).
During this phase, any external reset should be avoided.(External Reset is an emergency
Reset).
Once the initialization is complete (timing is SIM and network dependent) the AT interface
answers « OK » to the application. For this, the application has to send AT.
If the application manages hardware flow control, the AT commands can be sent during
the initialization phase. Another solution is to use the AT+WIND command to get an
unsolicited status from the module.
For further details, please refer to the AT commands documentation (AT+WIND, AT+WAIP).
