The second row (5)
The row shows the following:
•
The source (left side) shows details on the first connection, this
is usually an incoming call to be extended by the operator, but
also an outgoing call when initiated by the operator.
• The destination (right side) shows details on the second connection.
This is usually the extension an incoming call is connected to.
BLOCKED Terminal is blocked
EXG EMER. Exchange is in Emergency mode
NIGHT SERV. Exchange is night switched
OFF DUTY Terminal is in absent mode
abc Line identity, TRK is default (changed by your system
administrator)
ABSENT Called party is absent
ANSWER Call is answered
BLOCKED Called party or line is blocked
BUSY Called party is busy
CONFER. Conference call
CONGEST. Congestion
C.WAITING Call Waiting
DATA EXT Data extension
DTMF-TONE Dialing-during speech mode
EXTENSION Voice extension
FREE Called party is free
FORWARD TO TRUNK Called party has activated External Follow-me
INCOMING Incoming call
INTERCEPT Interception call
