2. Press
ENTER to show the altitude point on the
map. The point is marked by the Map Pointer
with location coordinates, the compass bearing
and distance from your current location.
3. Press
QUIT to close.
Resetting Data
You can reset the elevation data and the maximum
elevation data by selecting these options from the
Reset Page.
To reset the elevation data and max
elevation fields:
1. Press
MENU to open the Altimeter Page
Options Menu.
2. Highlight
Reset, and press ENTER to open the
Reset Page.
3. Use the
ROCKER to highlight a reset option,
and then press
ENTER to place a check
mark in the box next to the selected item. You
can reset elevation data such as Minimum
Elevation, all Ascent and Descent data, or only
the Maximum Elevation.

4. Highlight the
Apply button, and press ENTER
to reset the data fields. A confirmation
message appears.
You can reset or delete data for any of the
other features represented on the list by
placing a check mark in the box next to the
item.
5. Highlight
Apply, and press ENTER to reset
the selected options.
6. To reset all categories shown on the page,
highlight
Select All, and press ENTER. Then
repeat step 5 above.
