CHAPTER 1 INTRODUCTION
1.1 Overview
The Acnodes RMC5018 is a single processor, 1U rackmount server. The RMC5018 is comprised of
two main subsystems: the RMC5018 chassis and the embedded board. Please refer to our web site
for information on operating systems that have been certified for use with the RMC5018.
In addition to the mainboard and chassis, various hardware components may have been included with
the RMC5018, as listed below.
o One single 2.5" fixed HDD bracket
o One dual 2.5" fixed HDD bracket
o One SATA cable
o One CD containing drivers and utilities
o RMC5018 User's Manual
o Optional: One dual 2.5" fixed HDD bracket
