Address Book Entry
- It is necessary to previously register the address book.
See the [User Functions Guide] for registering the address book.
1 Press the [FAX] button on the control
panel.
2 Place the original(s).

3 Press the [OPTION] button and set the
transmission conditions.

4 Set the advanced function as required.

5 Press the [ADDRESS] to display the
address menu.
- 1 screen can show 8 destinations.
To view the destinations not displayed on the screen, press the
[Prev] or [Next] button to scroll through the screens.
- If a group list is displayed, press the [ADDRESS BOOK] button.
6 Press the [E-MAIL] button of destination.
- You can search for the recipient by ID number or Address.

7 Press the [START] button.
