Notes
• Only a file that has been recorded or shot with
this recorder can be partially erased.
• You cannot recover a file once it has been
erased. Please check carefully before erasing.
• The file creation date will not change even if the
file is partially erased.
• When you partially erase a movie file, the
selected start position and end position may be
offset by up to approximately 1 second.
• The locked files and files set as read-only cannot
be erased (
☞ P.76).
• If there is a file that cannot be recognized by
the recorder, that file will not be erased. Please
connect the recorder to your PC to erase.
• The process may take some time.
Verify the battery level and avoid to run out of
battery during the process by connecting the
AC adapter beforehand.
While processing, doing the following may
cause data damage:
1 Disconnecting the AC Adapter.
2 Removing the battery.
3 Removing the SD card.
• To partially erase a voice file, the available space
in the SD card must be equivalent or greater
than the size of the file to be partially erased.
