When the misfed paper is in the
main section of the photoconduc-
tor unit, turn the dial downward
then remove it.
Confirm that you do not leave any
misfed paper in the printer.
Note
❒ If it is difficult to turn the dial,
turn it slightly upward and then
try again.

Open the paper exit cover.

Push the front cover release but-
ton and open the front cover.

Turn the dial downward, then re-
move the misfed paper in the
printer.

be careful not to touch the fus-
ing section because it could be
very hot.
