Using the Play Functions

Adjusting the Overall Volume Using an
Expression Pedal

You can adjust the entire volume using an Expression Pedal. When you
depress the Expression Pedal, the volume increases. The volume decreases
as you tilt the pedal back.

You can connect a damper pedal (sold separately) and use it to produce a
lingering effect for the notes you play on the upper of the keyboard.

Connect the damper pedal (sold separately) to the damper

pedal jack on the AT-5’s rear panel.

While you continue depressing the damper pedal, notes will be sustained
even if you release the keys.
