When flash is set to Automatic or On, make sure the white
balance is set for Daylight. (See Setting the camera for current
lighting conditions on page 43.)
Use the flash Off (no symbol) setting when sufficient light is
available and you do not wish to fire the flash.
To change the flash setting, press the Flash button (
) until

or no symbol, as appropriate, appears in the LCD
panel (a).
