to correct the contact for
the main charge grid. The entire page prints in
black, including the
borders. Bad electrical contact for
the main charge grid.
The main charge grid is
broken. Replace the imaging unit.
The transfer unit is worn
out. Replace the transfer unit. Toner spots appear on
the back of the media.
Dark and wavy vertical
streaks appear in all
colors. Replace the imaging unit. The main charge grid is
dirty.
