Changing the Displayed Exercise Information
In the Exercise and Calories display, you can change the upper row information to personalize the display by pressing and
holding the button.

Fitness bullets - a bullet
appears for every 10 minutes
in the target heart rate zone
equaling one hour in total if all
the bullets appear.
