Checklist for typical problems
To solve most basic problems, begin by following these
steps:

Is power getting to the printer?
Make sure:
•
The power cord is both plugged into a
properly grounded outlet and into the
printer.
•
The other items plugged into the same
power source are operating.
•
The power source cannot be turned Off by a
wall switch.
