12. Raise your external monitoring system levels, and then press the PLAY key on the D1600.
13. Slowly raise the MASTER fader to the “0” position, and rotate the D1600 MONITOR knob to a
comfortable listening level (or raise the PHONE LEVEL knob if you’re using headphones).
14. When the demo song has finished playing, press the STOP key.

Important! To power-off the D1600 and auto-save any recording/editing you’ve done, press and hold the STANDBY key.
When the display indicates “Power Off?”, press the “Yes” button in the display, and the D1600 will automatically save
your work and remain in a “Standby” state. Then if necessary, you can safely power off the D1600 with the POWER
switch on the rear panel.
