Programming a Voice Tag
To program a voice tag:
1.
Press
to activate the Command menu.
2.
Say “Tools.”
3.
Say “Add Voice Tag.”
4.
Say the digits of the phone number.
5.
Say “Yes”to confirm or “No”to cancel.
6.
Say the name you want to add.
7.
Respond to the prompt by repeating the name after the
beep. (You will hear a confirmation that voice tag has
been successfully saved.)
Tip:
Record voice tags in a quiet environment.
ReviewingVoice Tags
To review voice tags:
1.
Press
to activate the Command menu.
2.
Say “Tools.”
3.
Say “Review Voice Tag.”(A review list will display and you
will hear all of the names and phone numbers saved in
the voice tag list.)
Tip:
During step 3 above, you can make a call to the highlighted number by
pressing
