Turns emphasized mode on or off.
• When the LSB of n is 0, emphasized mode is turned off.
• When the LSB of n is 1, emphasized mode is turned on.
[Notes]
* Printing is slower in emphasized mode.
• Only the lowest bit of n is enabled.
• The printer does not emphasize bit-images.
• This command and ESC ! turn on and off emphasized mode in the same
way. The last proceeded command becomes effective.
• Printer output is the same in double-strike (ESC G) and in emphasized.
