International Roaming (802.11d)
This controls whether the radio frequencies are set based on the radio configuration, or information from the access
point it connects to. Disabled means the radio defaults are used. Flexible means the access point settings are used if
present, but if not the radio default is used. Strict means the access point must provide regulatory frequency
