Returning Products
If you need to return a product for any reason (failures, incorrect shipments, etc.), follow the steps below:
1. Contact the Technical Support group at (801) 748-1199 to request a Return Goods
Authorization (RGA) number.
2. Be prepared with the serial number of the unit you are returning. You will be asked for the
serial number to verify warranty coverage.
Please record these serial numbers in the space provided below for future reference.
