Viewing Day’s Events
1.
From the Calendar display, highlight the day for which you
would like to view events and press
. (If you have events
scheduled for the selected day, they will be listed in
chronological order.)
2.
To display the details of an event listed in the schedule,
highlight the event and press
.
Event List Options
While you are displaying the day’s events list, press
(right softkey) to display the following options:

Add Schedule
to add a schedule to the calendar.

Add Call Alarm
to add a call alarm to the calendar.
ⅷ
Add To Do
to add a To Do item to the calendar.
ⅷ
Schedule List
to display the Schedule List on the calendar.
ⅷ
Call Alarm List
to display the Call Alarm List on the calendar.
ⅷ
To Do List
to display the To Do List on the calendar.
ⅷ
Edit
to edit the event.
ⅷ
Set Cal. Secret
to make an event secret.
ⅷ
Send Event
to send the event via Bluetooth.
ⅷ
Delete
to delete the event.
ⅷ
Go to Date
to jump to another date on the calendar.
ⅷ
View Memory
to view the memory status for events saved in
the phone.
ⅷ
Delete Memory
to delete memory for events saved in the
phone.
ⅷ
Print
to print the calendar events.
