Operating several handsets
Turn your Gigaset into a small PABX.
You can register and operate up to six handsets at your
base station.
Changing the name of a handset
The names 1, 2 etc. are assigned automatically. Howev-
er, you can change these names, e.g. to “ANNE”
, “OF-
FICE” etc. (10 characters maximum).
OOOOOOO Press the display key.
OOOOOOO OOOOOOO Select the required handset.
OOOOOOOOOOOO
MENU Open the menu.
OOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOO
EDIT NAME Select the menu item and confirm.
Enter name (see character map on page 18).
OOOOOOO Confirm input.
