Setting the answering machine for
speed dialling
You can choose between the mailbox and the answer-
ing machine (factory setting) of your telephone for fast
access.

MENU Open the menu.

VOICE MAIL Select the menu item and confirm.

SET KEY 1 Confirm.
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOO
MAILBOX Confirm.
OOOOOOO Enter the mailbox's telephone number and save the
setting.

Remote operation
You can check your base station's answering machine
from any other telephone (e.g. hotel, pay phone).
Prerequisite:
You can only operate your answering machine remotely
if you have already changed the factory default system
PIN (0000) at home (see page 53).
