Announcement of the remaining
memory
Whenever you switch the answering machine on or off
you will automatically be notified of the remaining
memory on the handset.
Recording your own announcement

MENU Open the menu.
OOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOO
VOICE MAIL Select the menu item and confirm.
OOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOO
ANNOUNCEMENT Select the menu item and confirm.
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOO
REC ANC Confirm.
You hear a notification of the recording and then the
ready tone (short beep).
Record your announcement.
Example of a typical announcement:
„
I cannot take your call right now. Please leave a
message after the tone. “
OOOOOOO Terminating a recording.
The recorded announcement is repeated for checking.
or
The recording is deleted.
The standard announcement is active again.

Recording is automatically terminated:
● If you exceed the maximum recording time of
170 s
● If you pause for more than two seconds when
recording your announcement
