If a job has no additional information, the Detailed Information section states that no
other information is available.
Clearing a Failed Job
Failed jobs remain on the jobs listing page until they are manually cleared. You can
do this in the following ways:
■ Click Delete this job to remove the job from the list.
The intended job is not completed.
■ Click Retry this job.
The job you submitted is run again. If you know what caused the failure and you
can resolve it, fix the problem and then retry the operation.
