Changing the ID, name and PIN of a mailbox
You can change the PIN by overwriting the current entry. You cannot change the name
of the general mailbox.

Activated mailboxes are marked ‰.
Notification by SMS
You can have a notification sent to any device with SMS functionality, e.g. your mobile
phone, by SMS. You first have to store the destination number in your phone which is
at home (factory setting: Off).
Precondition: The caller's number was identified when a call was missed (CLI).

◆ The message will not be delivered if the sender has used an invalid
ID or the mailbox has been deactivated.
◆ The message will go to your general mailbox if the sender has not
entered the ID.

Edit Select the mailbox and press the display key.

Now enter the new name and press the display key
to store the entry.

Select and confirm, e.g. Mailbox 2.

If required, enter the mailbox PIN and confirm.

Scroll to the ID: line and select a new ID.

Scroll to the Protection: line and activate or deacti-
vate PIN protection.

Scroll to the PIN line (you will see the current PIN)
and overwrite the PIN (4-digit).
[RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR] Save Now press the display key to confirm the entry.
