Set Appoints.
Switching off or answering an appointment
An appointment call sounds with its selected ringer melody (page 67). Appoint. 2
appears in the display, for example. Press display key Silence , to deactivate the
appointment call or SMS to reply with an SMS message. The appointment call will ring
for 30 seconds if it is not answered.
Viewing missed appointments, anniversaries
Appointments and anniversaries (page 23) that have been indicated but not acknowl-
edged are stored in a list. If the handset is switched off at the time of the appointment/
anniversary, it is also stored in the list.

Select the appointment (1-5) and confirm.

Select Off.

Now press the display key to confirm the setting.

i When an appointment is displayed, you can use the display key SMS to
open the SMS menu and write and send a text message.

Select the appointment/anniversary.
Information about appointment/anniversary is dis-
played. A missed appointment is indicated by ¼, a
missed anniversary by ‚.

Long press (back to idle status).

◆ If the list contains a new appointment/anniversary, Appoint appears in
the display. You can also use this display key to open the appointment/
anniversary list. Once you have looked at all the new appointments,
Appoint will no longer be shown in the display.
◆ If the list does not contain any appointments/anniversaries, use Go
Back to close the list.
