Deleting or copying an email address
Precondition:You have opened the email directory.
Deleting the entire email directory
Precondition: You have opened the email directory.
Display available memory
The memory space is divided up between the directory, the speed dial list (page 19) and
the email directory (page 26). The available memory of all the lists is displayed.

Select an entry and open the menu.

Delete Entry
Select the menu item and confirm.
or ... Copying an email address:

Copy and Edit
Select the menu item and confirm.

Change the address if necessary.
Press the display key to open the menu.
Save Entry Confirm. The entry is stored.
