7.1 Channel Speaker Configurations
STEP 1 :
Connect the 7.1 channel speakers to the Line Out
(Front Speaker Out) jack in the back panel and the
Rear Speaker Out, Center/Subwoofer Speaker Out,
Side Speaker Out jacks on the Surround Kit.
Enabling Digital Output
The Audio Combo Kit provides the SPDIF Out mod-
ule which is required for digital output. The SPDIF
Out module includes an optical SPDIF Out jack and
a coaxial SPDIF Out jack. Follow the steps below
to enable digital output support.
Step 1. Connect SPDIF Out module connector to
the SPDIF_IO connector on the
motherboard.

STEP 2:
In the Speaker Selection tab of Creative Speaker
Settings, click 7.1 Speakers in the Speaker/Head-
phone Selection list. After completion, you can
click the Channel/Noise button to check whether
the speaker selection corresponds to your speaker
configuration.
