A private numeric
password that prevents
unauthorized access to your SIM
card’s fixed dialing settings.

A message requesting
input.

Quick Access menu
A set of
features activated by pressing

and a digit key (

scroll
To move backward or
forward through a list; for
example: to move backward or

A six-digit code
used to access sensitive

service provider
A company
affiliated with a satellite carrier

The radio waves that

phone and the satellite system.
submenu
A secondary level of
your phone’s menu system

talk-time
The amount of time
that you spend talking on the
phone.
toggle
To switch between two
possible options; for example: on
versus off.

unlock code
A four-digit code
used to unlock a locked phone.

volume keys
Located on the
side of your phone, the upper
and lower volume keys are used
to adjust phone volume.
