Time The last attempted report back by the DCT3080, in GPS seconds.

This diagnostic includes information about the firmware loaded in flash
memory and all non-volatile code versions installed on the DCT3080.
When the native suite is running, the diagnostics of the application
operating system and all associated objects should be accessible.
