5.2.5 Additional Drive Enclosure Installation
This section explains how to install additional drive enclosures in the ETERNUS DX Disk storage
system.
Procedure

Check that all components of the ETERNUS DX Disk storage system are in
normal status, using the Storage System Status screen of ETERNUS Web GUI.

Wear a wrist strap or touch a metal part to discharge the human body's natural
static electricity.

Click [Add Drive Enclosure] under the [Hardware Maintenance] menu on the
[Maintenance] tab in the ETERNUS Web GUI screen.
The [Add Drive Enclosure] initial screen appears.

Click the [Next>] button.
