3.8 Cleaning the Lamps
■ Front-side lamp
1. Lift the lever located at the right to open the Upper transport unit.
CAUTION
Never replace the Lamp without
turning off the power.
Wait 5 minutes after turning off
the power before touching the
Lamp.
CAUTION
Make sure that the Upper transport unit
is locked before you put your hands
inside of the scanner.
