Keyword menu
Press Keyword on the printer control panel or the remote control to access the
keyword menu.
Note You can assign up to 10 keywords to each photo stored on the printer
hard drive. The Keyword icon appears to indicate that the photo has an
assigned keyword.
To navigate the keyword menu:

Press Select Photos or to scroll through the menu options displayed on the
printer screen. Menu items that are not accessible are grayed out.
● Press OK to open a menu or select an option.
● Press Cancel to exit the current menu.

● View photos by keyword

All : Select to view all photos.
– Favorites : Select to view photos assigned the Favorites keyword.
– People : Select to view photos assigned the People keyword.
– Places : Select to view photos assigned the Places keyword.
– Events : Select to view photos assigned the Events keyword.
– Other : Select to view photos assigned Other as the keyword.
– Printed : Select to view all photos that have previously been printed.
– Most often viewed : Select to view the photos that you have previously
viewed most often.
– All with assigned keywords : Select to view all photos assigned keywords.
● Remove assigned keyword
Select to remove assigned keywords from the selected photo or from all the
photos in the selected album.
