n1 most significant byte of the offset from the left (in dots)
n2 least significant byte of the offset from the left (in dots)
L1 most significant byte of the line length (in dots)
L2
least significant byte of the line length (in dots)
where:
offset = inches/203 = (n1 * 256) + n2
length = inches/203 = (L1 * 256) + L2
m the bitmask (where 0 = top and 7 = bottom)
