Typical life time of the projector could be up to double if the laser output is dimmed to 75% and if the
projector operate in 25°C temp condition.
2.9 Operation in 24/7 Mode
General
When the projector is destined to be operated continuously 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the following
recommendations should be followed:
•
Twice a day, switch off the projector during two minutes by using the power button. The power down action
will automatically and invisibly trigger a grey test pattern running within the projector.
•
Apply moving video content as much as possible, with on average a level of 50% white (long-term use of
extreme black or white content could potentially cause accelerated aging).
2.10 Using the RCU
Pointing to the reflective screen

Point the front of the RCU to the reflective screen surface.
