If an error is reported when the printer is not connected
to Polar Cloud or when the printer is deleted from the
Cloud, you can restore the printer to factory default
settings to solve the problem. Please re-register if the
printer is deleted from the Cloud after the computer is
connected to the printer.
a. When in the intranet [that is, the printer and computer are connected to the same router],
Polar Cloud displays video streams and the printing status in real time. When in the
extranet, only pictures are displayed (a picture is sent per 20s when printing; a picture is
sent per 60s when idle).
b. Every time the camera is turned on or off, the printer will be reconnected to Polar Cloud,
so Polar Cloud will not respond for a while. The recovery time depends on the state of the
network.
