If the Gesture Presenter feature is not working properly (PowerLite 1785W/1795F), try the following
solutions:
• Make sure the USB cable is securely connected to the computer and the projector.
• Select
Normal
as the
Power Consumption
setting.
• Make sure the projection surface is white (or light-colored), clean, and out of direct sunlight or other
sources of bright lighting.
• Dim the lights or move the projector away from the sun or interfering sources of light.

If you cannot authenticate a wireless connection, try the following solutions (PowerLite
1781W/1785W/1795F):
• If the wireless settings are correct, but authentication fails, you may need to update the
Date & Time
settings on the Extended menu, if available.
