With this mode, you can add covers, and either copy onto them or
not, so that the finished copy sets will be displayed like a magazine,
etc.
NOTES
• This mode is only available in duplex copiers.
• Stapling of copies is also possible when an optional
Document Finisher is installed. When the optional
Folder Unit is installed, copies can also be folded and
stapled.
• It is possible for you to change the drawer[cassette] that
will be used to feed the cover sheets. (See “Cover
drawer[cassette]” on page 7-80.)

With a cover
The original that will be used as the cover will be scanned first so
that, when the finished copies are folded, that page will act as the
front and back cover to the copy set.
Without a cover
When the finished copies are folded, the front and back of the copy
set will be blank.

Set the open-faced (book, etc.) original to be copied.

Press the “Function” tab.
The content of the “Function” tab will be displayed.

Press the “Booklet” key.
The “Booklet” screen will be displayed.
