Para el engarce ver las instrucciones
de modo de empleo de los alicates
MA065. Coloque el contacto POF en
el agujero de la engarzadora hasta
el tope y cierre la misma hasta la
primera posición de presión. Insertar
el cable preparado dentro del contacto
POF hasta el tope, mantener con una
presión suave el cable y conector y
cerrar la engarzadora completamente.
Después del engarzado la engarzadora
debe abrirse automáticamente. Esto
nos asegura que el procedimiento en-
garzado sea ejecutado correctamente. (ill. 8)
For crimping see the operating
instructions of the crimping pliers

Insert the POF contact into the crimp
place up to the stop and close the
crimp pliers up to the fi rst snap-in
position.
Insert the prepared cable into the POF
contact up to the stop, gently push in
the cable and the contact and close
the pliers completely. After crimping
the pliers must open automaticaly.
This ensures that the crimp procedure
has been correctly executed.

Check: The cables must be fl ush (see
arrow) with the front side.

Introducir con la mano los contactos
por la cara posterior de los porta-
contactos hasta que queden bien
alojados. (La cara posterior es la que
no lleva grabada la marca MC). (ill. 10)
Manually insert the contacts into the
contact carriers from the back until
they engage. (The back is the side
without “MC” logos).

Die Stecker und Buchsen haben
Los machos y las hembras tienen
porta-contactos diferentes marca-
dos con POF-S y POF-B respecti-
vamente. Comprobar que se han
montado correctamente tirando
de los cables. Achtung
Plugs and sockets have different
contact carriers. POF-S for pins,
POF-B for sockets.
Check correct engagement by
pulling the cable.

montaje correctamente verifi cando
que las medidas de control son las
adecuadas (4,2mm par los machos).
Montar las hembras al mismo nivel
que la parte superior del portacontac-
tos. (ill. 11)
The correct engagement of the
contacts must be checked with the
dimension 4.2mm (for pins). The sock-
ets must be fl ush with the top edge of
the contact carrier.

Introducir la herramienta de extrac-
ción por la cara de enchufe hasta el
tope y sacar los contactos del porta-
contactos tirando del cable. (ill. 12)
Insert extraction tool into the contact
carrier from the plugging side as far as
it will go and pull out the contacts.
