mark the drill holes (see Fig. 10). If possible have someone help
you with this step. Drill the holes and install the suspension
brackets H1 and H2 to the exterior wall using the screws I
(see Fig. 10).
Insert the insect screen window (see Figs.11).
Inside mounting
Obtain wall plugs for the surface (wood, concrete, masonry,
etc.). Assemble the insect screen as described in chapter
„Mounting to the window frame“, first adjusting the measure-
ments to the structural conditions of your window opening.
Install the suspension brackets H1 and H2 to the window
opening and attach the insect screen.
Cleaning and Care
Never use corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents.
j Clean the fibreglass fabric and frame with a lint-free,
slightly damp cloth.
j Regularly remove and thoroughly clean the insect screen.
j If necessary, use a mild cleaning agent.
Disposal
The packaging is made from eco-friendly materials.
Dispose of packaging through municipal recycling
containers.
Step 8
Trim the other two click strips F2 to the size w – 20 mm
(see Fig. 6).
Step 9
Place the fibreglass fabric B over the frame and use the click
strips F2 to secure it to the aluminium sections C2 (see Fig. 7).
Step 10
Insert the tabs D into the centre of the aluminium sections C1
per Fig. 8 and secure the fibreglass fabric B and tab D to
the aluminium profiles F1 using the click strips C1.
Note: repeatedly smooth the fibreglass fabric B whilst
installing in the frame to prevent creases.
Step 11
Trim off the surplus fibreglass fabric B using the carpet knife
(see Fig. 8).
Step 12
Insert the insect screen window (see Figs. 9).

external installation
Mounting to the window frame
Follow steps 1 to 2 of chapter „inside mounting“, then steps
4 and 6 to 12. of chapter „inside mounting“. Attach the sus-
pension brackets H1 to the top, and the suspension bracket H2
to the bottom of the frame. Hold the frame with suspension

Use a pair of flat nose pliers to bend the stainless steel univer-
sal suspension bracket. To do so, measure the frame depth X
(see Fig. 3). Add 1 mm to the measured depth and transfer
the size to the universal suspension bracket (see Fig. 3). Then
bend the suspension bracket as close as possible upward, if
possible to a 90° angle, using the flat nose pliers as shown in
Fig. 3.
Step 4
Trim the brush seal G 2 x to the size h + 40 mm and 2 x to
w + 7 mm and slide the brush seal G into the designated
grooves on the metal section C1 C2 (see Fig. 4 / a).
Step 5
Insert the stainless steel universal suspension brackets E1
and E2 into the corner connectors A per Figure 4 / b.
Note: be sure to insert the stainless steel universal suspension
brackets E1 with the long shanks into the top corner connec-
tors A .
Step 6
Connect the aluminium sections C1 and C2 using the corner
connectors A (see Fig. 5). Be sure the aluminium sections C1
and C2 are positioned correctly. When connecting, also slide
the brush seal G into the corner connectors A .
Tip: if necessary, use a rubber mallet to pound in the corner
connectors A .
Step 7
Trim the 2 click strips F1 to the size of the aluminium section C1
h – 12 mm (see Fig. 6).

Installation
Verify your window is suitable for this product prior to installation.
Also verify your window frame does not exceed the maximum
size.
CAUTION! DANGER OF INJURY! Installation requires
a saw, carpet knife and an electric drill (only for external
installation). Be sure to refer to the instructions for use of the
respective tools.
Step 1
First measure the height (h) and width (w) of the window
frame (inside measurement) (see Fig. 1).
Step 2
Deduct 1.2 cm from the measured height (h) and 3.3 from the
measured width (w) and cut the aluminium sections C1 and C2 to
the measures sizes (see Fig. 2). Use a file to smooth the cut edges.
Scope of delivery
Note: Be careful not to inadvertently throw away any assem-
bly materials whilst unpacking. Check that all the items are
present and that the product and all its parts have no defects
immediately after unpacking. Do not assemble the product if
any of the included items listed below are missing.

product. Familiarise yourself with the product prior
to assembly. Carefully read the following assembly
instructions and safety advice. Only use the product as de-
scribed and for the indicated purpose. Keep these instructions
in a safe place. Please include all documentation when pass-
ing this product on to others.
Intended use
This article is designed to provide protection against insects
such as flies and is intended for indoor use only. Any use other
than previously described or any product modification is pro-
hibited and can result in injuries and / or product damage. The
manufacturer is not liable for damage caused by improper
use. The product is not intended for commercial use.

Pulizia e cura

a fondo.
j Se necessario utilizzare un detergente delicato.
Smaltimento
L’imballaggio consta esclusivamente di materiali
ecologici. Gettare questi rifiuti nei punti di raccolta
locali.
Informarsi presso l’amministrazione comunale o locale circa le
possibilità di uno smaltimento non dannoso per l’ambiente.

Possibilità di montaggio ulteriori:
montaggio esterno
Montaggio al telaio della finestra
Eseguire i passaggi 1, 2 e 4 del capitolo „montaggio per
interni“ e successivamente tutti i passaggi dal 6 al 12 dello
stesso capitolo. Posizionare le staffe angolari H1 superiori e
quelle inferiori H2 sul telaio. Tenere il telaio con le staffe
angolari H1 H2 appoggiato alla finestra dall‘esterno e con-
trassegnare i punti di esecuzione dei fori (vedi fig. 10). Chie-
dere aiuto ad una seconda persona se necessario. Eseguire i
fori con il trapano e montare le staffe angolari H1 H2 con le
viti I alla parete esterna (vedi fig. 10).
Montare la zanzariera (vedi fig. 11).
Montaggio per intradosso
della finestra
Procurarsi dei tasselli adatti al materiale dell‘intradosso
(legno, cemento, mattone, ecc.). Montare la zanzariera come
descritto nel capitolo „montaggio su telaio della finestra“,
adattando dapprima all‘intradosso della finestra le misure
della nuova realtà architettonica. Montare le staffe angolari
H1 H2 all‘intradosso e appendere la zanzariera.
Suggerimento: utilizzare se necessario un martello di
gomma per l‘inserimento dei connettori A .
Passo 7
Accorciare i 2 listelli a scatto F1 di H – 12 mm C1 (vedi fig. 6).
Passo 8
Accorciare i listelli a scatto rimanenti F2 di L (larghezza) – 20 mm
(vedi fig. 6).
Passo 9
Appoggiare la rete in fibra di vetro B sul telaio e fissarla con
i listelli a scatto F2 al profilo di alluminio C2 (vedi fig. 7).
Passo 10
Inserire la maniglia D al centro del profilo di alluminio come
in figura 8 C1 e fissare la rete in fibra di vetro B e la mani-
glia D con i listelli a scatto F1 ai profili di alluminio C1.
Nota: Durante il montaggio al telaio tenere la rete in fibra di
vetro tesa B in modo da evitare pieghe.
Passo 11
Rimuovere la rete di fibra in vetro in eccesso B con il
taglierino (vedi fig. 8).
Passo 12
Fissare la zanzariera (vedi fig. 9).
Passo 2
Sottrarre alla misura dell‘altezza (H) 1,2 cm e a quella della
larghezza (B) 3,3 cm e segare i profili di alluminio secondo le
misure risultanti C2 C1 (vedi fig. 2).
Sbavare i bordi di taglio con una lima.
Passo 3
Piegare le staffe angolari con una pinza a punte piatte.
Misurare la larghezza del telaio X. (vedi fig. 3). Aggiungere
1 mm alla dimensione della larghezza e riportare la misura
risultante sulla staffa angolare (vedi fig.3).
Piegare la staffa angolare con la pinza avvicinandola il più
possibile al punto da piegare. Formare un angolo di 90°
verso l‘alto come illustrato in fig. 3.
Passo 4
Accorciare la guarnizione di spazzola G della dimensione
H + 40 mm x 2 volte e L (larghezza) + 7 mm x 2 volte e spin-
gere la guarnizione G nelle fessure previste dei profili C1 C2
(vedi fig. 4 / a).
Passo 5
Inserire le staffe angolari universali E1 E2 come in figura
4 / b nei connettori angolari A .
Nota: Assicurarsi che le staffe angolari a braccio lungo E1
siano inserite nei connettori superiori A .
Passo 6
Unire i profili di alluminio C1 C2 ai connettori angolari A
(vedi fig.5). Assicurarsi che i profili siano posizionati corretta-
mente C1 C2. Durante questa fase spingere la guarnizione G
nei connettori angolari A .

pericoli. Tenere i bambini sempre a dovuta distanza dal

ATTENZIONE! PERICOLO DI LESIONE! Assicurarsi
che tutti i componenti siano intatti e siano montati corretta-
mente. Un montaggio errato potrebbe causare pericolo di
lesioni. Eventuali componenti danneggiati possono influire
negativamente sulla sicurezza e sulla funzionalità del
prodotto.
ATTENZIONE! PERICOLO DI MORTE! Non sporgersi
troppo dalla finestra durante il montaggio, lo smontaggio
o la pulizia.
Montaggio
Prima di effettuare il montaggio, assicurarsi che la finestra sia
adatta per questo prodotto. Verificare inoltre che il telaio della
finestra non superi le dimensioni massime.
ATTENZIONE! PERICOLO DI LESIONE! Per il mon-
taggio sono necessari una sega, un taglierino ed un trapano
(solo per montaggio esterno). Consultare assolutamente le
istruzioni d‘uso degli attrezzi necessari.
Passo 1
Misurare l‘altezza (H) e la larghezza (L) del telaio della
finestra (dimensioni interne) (vedi fig.1).
Contenuto della confezione
Avviso: Al disimballaggio del prodotto, fare attenzione a
non gettare per errore il materiale di montaggio. Controllare il
prodotto subito dopo averlo disimballato e verificare che il
contenuto della fornitura sia completo e le condizioni del
prodotto e di tutti gli altri pezzi siano regolari. Non montare
assolutamente il prodotto se il contenuto della fornitura non è
completo.

chiffon ne peluchant pas et légèrement humide.
j Démonter régulièrement la grille moustiquaire de la
fenêtre pour la nettoyer à fond.
j Utiliser si nécessaire un produit nettoyant non agressif.
Mise au rebut
L’emballage et le matériel d’emballage se composent
exclusivement de matières recyclables. Éliminez-les
dans les collecteurs de recyclage locaux.
Les possibilités de recyclage des produits usés sont à deman-
der auprès de votre municipalité.

Étape 11
Coupez au cutter à moquette le tissé en fibres de verre B
dépassant (voir ill. 8).
Étape 12
Mettez en place la fenêtre moustiquaire (voir ill. 9).
Possibilités supplémentaires de
montage : montage extérieur
Montage sur le cadre de la fenêtre
Suivez les étapes de travail 1 à 2 du chapitre « Montage
intérieur » puis les étapes 4 et 6 à 12 du même chapitre.
Placez l‘équerre H1 en haut et l‘équerre H2 en bas sur le
cadre. Tenez le cadre comportant les équerres d’accrochage
H1 et H2 de l’extérieur contre la fenêtre et marquez les trous
(voir ill. 10). Faites-vous aider le cas échéant par une deuxi-
ème personne. Percez les trous et montez les équerres H1 et
H2 au moyen des vis I sur le mur extérieur (voir ill. 10).
Mettez en place la fenêtre moustiquaire (voir ill. 11).
Montage sur l’intrados
Procurez-vous des chevilles correspondant au support (bois,
béton, maçonnerie etc.). Réalisez la moustiquaire comme au
chapitre „Montage sur le cadre de la fenêtre“, adaptez
cependant les dimensions à votre intrados. Montez l‘équerre
H1 et H2 sur l‘intrados et accrochez la moustiquaire.
Étape 6
Reliez les profilés aluminium C1 et C2 à l’aide d’équerres A
(voir ill. 5). Veillez à ce que les profilés aluminium C1 et C2
soient positionnés correctement. Poussez le joint à brosse G
dans les équerres A .
Conseil : Le cas échéant, utilisez un marteau en caoutchouc
pour enfoncer les équerres A .
Étape 7
Raccourcissez 2 baguettes à encliqueter F1 à la mesure du
profilé aluminium C1 H - 12 mm (voir ill 6).
Étape 8
Accourcissez à la mesure correspondante les deux autres
baguettes à encliqueter F2 à la dimension B - 20 mm (voir ill. 6).
Étape 9
Posez le tissé en fibres de verre B sur le cadre et fixez-le aux
profilés aluminium F2 à l’aide des baguettes à encliqueter C2
(voir il. 7).
Étape 10
Mettez les poignées D en place conformément à l’illustration
8 au milieu des profilés aluminium C1, et fixez le tissé en
fibres de verre B et le poignées D à l’aide des baguettes
encliqueter F1 aux profilés en aluminium C1.
Remarque : lissez toujours le tissu de fibre de verre B
lorsque vous le montez dans le cadre afin qu‘il ne forme
aucun pli.
