Step 4
Now place the hinge bottom parts
9 over the springs 10
into the hinge top parts 8 . Align the hinge bottom parts 9
to the door frame and mark the drill holes 2 and 4 (see Fig. M).
Step 5
Drill the holes with a 2 mm drill and screw the hinge bottom
parts
9 to the door frame using two countersunk screws
each 14 (see Fig. M). Hinge the door and affix the springs 10 ,
by pushing the hinge covers 9a onto the hinge bottom parts 9
(see Fig. N).
Step 6
Secure each of the closure plates
11 with two countersunk
screws each 11a to the door frame at the height of the mag-
nets 12 (see Fig. O).
Fitting the frame without self-closing
mechanism
This variant does not require closing springs.
Step 1
Pinch off the tips of the hinge bottoms
9 to the end of the
indentation (see Fig. P).
Note: Do not under any circumstances pinch off the com-
plete pin. Otherwise you can no longer use the hinge.
Step 2
Insert the hinge bottom parts
9 into the hinge top parts 8 .
Follow steps 3 to 6 of the section on “Fitting the frame with
self-closing mechanism” (without the use of springs).
Cleaning and Care
Never use corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents.
j Clean the frame using a lint-free, slightly moist cloth.
j Use a mild cleaning agent where necessary.
Disposal
The packaging is made from eco-friendly materials.
Dispose of packaging through municipal recycling
containers.
Step 13
Place the fibreglass fabric
16 over the frame. First cover the
upper half of the insect screen. To do so, start affixing the
fibreglass fabric
16 onto the upper left or right edge to the
aluminium profile 3 using a click strip 7b . Continue this pro-
cedure with one of the click strips 7b on the middle bar 4 .
Now proceed with fitting the fibreglass fabric 16 with the
click strips 7a into the aluminium profiles 2 (see Fig. I).
Step 14
Cut the fibreglass fabric
16 off close to the click strip 7b of
the middle bar 4 . Cut surplus fabric off using a box knife
(see Fig. I). Take the remaining fibreglass fabric 16 and pro-
ceed with the lower half as with the upper half of the insect
screen in step13 (see Fig. I).
Step 15
Push the external handle
19 with its screw channel though the
predrilled hole in the middle bar 4 and affix it by screwing
the internal handle against it 20 (see Fig. J).
Fitting the frame with self-closing
mechanism
Step 1
Spread the tops of the hinges
8 evenly across the section 2
across from the handle, 1 mm away from the outside of the
section (detailed view Fig. K). Ensure that the distance
between the top and bottom edges of the frame and hinge
top part
8 is at least 15 cm and that the tops of the hinges 8
are flush with the aluminium profile 2 . Drill the holes with a
2.0 mm drill (see Fig. K).
Step 2
First affix the hinge top parts
8 with the screws 15 first
through the lower drilled hole of the aluminium frame 2 of
the frame of the insect screen. Then push the springs 10 up
into the hinge top parts 8 and affix them with the screws 14
through the upper drilled hole (see Fig. K).
Step 3
Place the insect screen door on your door frame. Have a sec-
ond person help you in this if necessary. Align the side of the
insect screen where the magnets
12 are fitted (handle side)
in such a way that 2.5 cm of the vertical profile 2 of the
insect screen are resting on the door frame. In this way, you
utilise the optimum closing force of the magnets
12 (see Fig. L).
Slide the brush seal 6 into the aluminium sill 5 connector 17
or 18 and cut this off with an overlap of 3 cm.
Step 7
Slide from above a middle bar connector
21 into the alumin-
ium profile 2 along the intended groove (see Fig Ea). Place
the corner connectors 1 with the overlapping brush seal
onto the top of the aluminium profiles 2 . Ensure that you
place the second magnet 12 into the corner connector that
will later lie opposite to the hinges (see Fig. E / b). Attach the
second hook-and-loop band
12a to this as shown in Fig. E / b.
Proceed with the fitting of the magnets 12 exactly as is
described in step 4.
Step 8
Determine the position of the middle bar
21 at the middle of
the two aluminium profiles 2 and mark the drill holes with a
pencil. Using a 2.0 mm-drill bit, drill at this point a hole in
each profile inner surface. Fasten the middle bar connector
21 ,
using one screw 21a through the hole drilled previously
through the aluminium profile 2 (see Fig. F).
Step 9
Insert the corner connector
1 of the aluminium profile 2
already connected to the sill 5 onto the alumi 3 num pro-
file. Attach to the aluminium profile 3 the rest of the brush
seal 6 and move the seal through to the corner connector 1 .
Again, overlap by about 3 cm and cut the brush seal 6 off
(see Fig. G).
Step 10
Slide the middle bar
4 on the aluminium profile mentioned
in step 9 2 onto the middle bar connector 21 .
Attention: The predrilled end must on the side with the
magnet.
Step 11
Now finish the frame by putting the second aluminium profile
2
onto the free ends of the aluminium profile 3 and middle
bar 4 and screw them to the sill 5 , using the Torx screws 13 .
If necessary, user a rubber hammer to knock in the corner
bracket
1 (see Fig. G).
Step 12
Cut the long click strips
7a into four parts, matching the upper
and lower area of the aluminium profiles 2 . Shorten the four
click strips 7b to the measured width (B) minus 2 cm (see Fig. H).
Assembling the frame
Step 1
Measure the internal dimensions (H = height, B = width) of
the doorframe (see Fig. A). Ensure the present doorframe has
30 mm contact surface on both sides. If this surface is not
available, adjust the dimensions individually, each to 2 cm,
taking into consideration the hinges.
Step 2
Add 0.5 cm to the measured height (H) and cut the alumin-
ium profiles
2 to the resulting length using the hacksaw and
mitre box.
Attention: Do not cut the pre-drilled profile ends! Remove
the burrs from the cut surface using a file (see Fig. B).
Step 3
Deduct 2 cm from the measured width (B). Using a hacksaw,
cut the aluminium profile
3 , the middle bar 4 and alumin-
ium sill 5 to the calculated size (see Fig. B).
Attention: Do not cut the pre-drilled profile ends of the middle
bar
4 ! Remove the burrs from the cut surface using a file.
Step 4
Now slide the pre-drilled end of each aluminium profile
2
onto the matching sill corner connector 17 and 18 into the
profile opening.
Attention: Place a magnet
12 in the corner connector
opposite to what will later be the hinge side (see Fig. C).
Remove the protective foil of one hook-and-loop band
12a ,
affix it correspondingly to the magnet 12 and place this with
the hook-and-loop ban 12a d downwards in the intended
opening in the corner connector (see Fig. C). If necessary,
use a rubber hammer to position the corner connectors
17
and 18 .
Step 5
Slide the brush seal
6 into one aluminium profile 2 from
above along the intended groove until it reaches the bottom
and and already inserted corner connector
17 and 18 . Let
the upper end overlap by 3 cm and cut off the brush seal 6
(see Fig. C). Work the second aluminium profile 2 in the
same way.
Step 6
Screw one aluminium profile
2 to the aluminium sill 5 ,
using the Torx screws 13 and the Torx bit 13a (see Fig. D).

to assembly. Carefully read the following assem-
bly instructions and safety advice. Only use the product as
described and for the indicated purpose. Keep the instruc-
tions in a safe place, you might need them later. If you pass
the product on to anyone else, please ensure that you also
pass on all the documentation with it.
Intended use
This product is intended to protect against insects and flies in
private residential areas. Any use other than previously men-
tioned or any product modification is prohibited and can
lead to injuries and / or product damage. The manufacturer is
not liable for damage caused by improper use. The product
is not intended for commercial use.
Description of parts and contents
Note: When opening the packaging, please make sure not
to accidentally throw away assembly materials. Immediately
after unpacking please check the package contents for com-
pleteness and if all parts and the product are in good condi-
tion. Do not assemble the product if any of the included items
listed below are missing.

Schritt 2
Stecken Sie die Scharnierunterteile
9 in die Scharnierober-
teile 8 . Befolgen Sie die Arbeitsschritte 3 bis 6 des Kapitels
„Rahmen mit Selbstschließmechanismus montieren“ (ohne
Verwendung der Federn).
Reinigung und Pflege
Verwenden Sie keinesfalls ätzende oder scheuernde
Reinigungsmittel.
j Reinigen Sie den Rahmen mit einem fusselfreien, leicht
angefeuchteten Tuch.
j Verwenden Sie ggf. ein mildes Reinigungsmittel.
Entsorgung
Die Verpackung besteht aus umweltfreundlichen
Materialien. Entsorgen Sie diese in den örtlichen
Recyclingbehältern.

8 bündig mit dem Aluminiumprofil 2 abschließen.
Bohren Sie mit einem 2,0 mm-Bohrer die Bohrlöcher (siehe
Abb. K).
Schritt 2
Befestigen Sie die Scharnieroberteile
8 mit den Schrauben 15
zuerst durch das untere Bohrloch am Aluminiumprofil 2 des
Insektenschutztürrahmens. Schieben Sie dann die Federn 10 in
die Scharnieroberteile 8 hoch und fixieren diese mit den
Schrauben 14 durch das obere Bohrloch (siehe Abb. K).
Schritt 3
Stellen Sie die Insektenschutz-Tür an Ihren Türstock. Lassen
Sie sich bei diesem Schritt ggf. von einer zweiten Person helfen.
Richten Sie die Seite der Insektenschutz-Tür, in der die Mag-
nete
12 montiert sind (Griffseite), so an Ihrem Türstock aus,
dass ca. 2,5 cm des Längsprofils 2 der Insektenschutz-Tür
am Türstock aufliegen. Somit nutzen Sie die optimale Schließ-
kraft der Magnete
12 aus (siehe Abb. L).
Schritt 4
Stecken Sie nun die Scharnierunterteile
9 über die Federn 10
in die Scharnieroberteile 8 . Halten Sie die Scharnierunter-
teile 9 an den Türstock an und markieren Sie die Bohrlöcher
2 und 4 (siehe Abb. M).
Schritt 5
Bohren Sie mit einem 2,0 mm-Bohrer die Bohrlöcher und
schrauben Sie die Scharnierunterteile
9 mit je zwei Senk-
kopfschrauben 14 an den Türstock (siehe Abb. M). Hängen
Sie die Tür ein und fixieren Sie die Federn 10 , indem Sie die
Scharnier-Abdeckkappen 9a auf die Scharnierunterteile 9
aufstecken (siehe Abb. N).
Schritt 6
Fixieren Sie die Schließplatten
11 mit je zwei Senkkopfschrau-
ben 11a am Türstock in Höhe der Magnete 12 (siehe Abb. O).
Rahmen ohne Selbstschließ-
mechanismus montieren
Bei dieser Variante werden keine Schließfedern benötigt.
Schritt 1
Knipsen Sie die Spitzen der Scharnierunterteile
9 bis zum
Ende der Einkerbung ab (siehe Abb. P).
Schritt 11
Stellen Sie nun den Rahmen fertig, indem Sie das zweite Alu-
miniumprofil
2 auf die freien Enden von Aluminiumprofil 3
und Mittelsprosse 4 aufstecken und mit dem Aluminium-Tritt-
blech 5 mittels den Torx-Schrauben 13 verschrauben. Ver-
wenden Sie zum Einklopfen des Eckverbinders 1 ggf. einen
Gummihammer (siehe Abb. G).
Schritt 12
Schneiden Sie die langen Clickleisten
7a in vier Teile, passend
für den oberen und unteren Bereich der Aluminiumprofile 2 ,
zu. Kürzen Sie die vier Clickleisten 7b auf die gemessene
Breite (B) minus 2 cm (siehe Abb. H).
Schritt 13
Legen Sie das Fiberglasgewebe
16 über den Rahmen.
Bespannen Sie erst die obere Hälfte des Insektenschutzrah-
mens. Beginnen Sie hierzu am oberen linken oder rechten
Rand, das Fiberglasgewebe
16 mit einer Clickleiste 7b im
Aluminiumprofil 3 zu fixieren. Setzen Sie diesen Vorgang
mit einer Clickleisten 7b an der Mittelsprosse 4 fort. Befesti-
gen Sie nun mit den Clickleisten 7a das Fiberglasgewebe 16
in der oberen Hälfte des Rahmens links und rechts in den
Aluminiumprofilen
2 (siehe Abb. I).
Schritt 14
Schneiden Sie das Fiberglasgewebe
16 dicht an der Click-
leiste 7b der Mittelsprosse 4 ab. Entfernen Sie überstehendes
Gewebe mit einem Teppichmesser (siehe Abb. I). Nehmen
Sie das verbleibende Fiberglasgewebe
16 und verfahren Sie
mit der unteren Hälfte des Insektenschutzrahmens wie mit der
oberen Hälfte in Schritt 13 (siehe Abb. I).
Schritt 15
Stecken Sie den Außengriff
19 mit dem Schraubkanal durch
das vorgebohrte Loch der Mittelsprosse 4 und befestigen
diesen, indem Sie den Innengriff 20 von hinten gegenschrauben
(siehe Abb. J).
Rahmen mit Selbstschließ-
mechanismus montieren
Schritt 1
Verteilen Sie die Scharnieroberteile
8 gleichmäßig am Profil 2
gegenüber der Griffseite mit 1 mm Abstand von der Profilaußen-
seite (Detailbild Abb. K). Achten Sie darauf, dass zwischen
Ober- und Unterkante von Rahmen und Scharnieroberteil
8
dichtung 6 ab (siehe Abb. C). Verfahren Sie mit dem zwei-
ten Aluminiumprofil 2 ebenso.
Schritt 6
Verschrauben Sie ein Aluminiumprofil
2 mit dem Aluminium-
Trittblech 5 unter Verwendung der Torx-Schrauben 13 und
des Torx-Einsatzes 13a (siehe Abb. D). Schieben Sie die Bürs-
tendichtung 6 in das Aluminium-Trittblech 5 in die dafür
vorgesehene Nut bis in den Eckverbinder 17 bzw. 18 ein
und schneiden diese mit einem Überstand von 3 cm ab.
Schritt 7
Schieben Sie je Aluminiumprofil
2 von oben einen Mittelspros-
senverbinder 21 in die dafür vorgesehene Nut ein (siehe Abb. Ea).
Setzen Sie die Eckverbinder 1 unter Mitnahme der überste-
henden Bürstendichtung oben in die Aluminiumprofile 2 ein.
Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie in den Eckverbinder, welcher der
späteren Scharnierseite gegenüberliegt, den zweiten Magne-
ten
12 einlegen (siehe Abb. E/b). Versehen Sie diesen mit dem
zweiten Klettband 12a wie in Abb. E/b gezeigt. Verfahren
Sie hierbei genauso wie beim Einsetzen des Magneten 12 in
Schritt 4.
Schritt 8
Legen Sie an den beiden Aluminiumprofilen
2 mittig die
Position für die Mittelsprossenverbinder 21 fest und markieren
Sie die Bohrpunkte mit einem Stift. Bohren Sie dort mit einem
2,0 mm-Bohrer jeweils ein Loch in die Profilinnenseite. Befestigen
Sie den Mittelsprossenverbinder
21 mit einer Schraube 21a
durch das zuvor gebohrte Loch am Aluminiumprofil 2 (siehe
Abb. F).
Schritt 9
Stecken Sie das Aluminiumprofil
3 auf den Eckverbinder 1
des bereits mit dem Trittblech 5 montierten Aluminiumprofils 2
auf. Versehen Sie das Aluminiumprofil 3 mit der restlichen
Bürstendichtung 6 und schieben diese bis in den Eckverbin-
der 1 durch. Lassen Sie wieder ca. 3 cm überstehen und
schneiden die Bürstendichtung 6 ab (siehe Abb. G).
Schritt 10
Stecken Sie auf das in Schritt 9 genannte Aluminiumprofil
2
die Mittelsprosse 4 auf den Mittelsprossenverbinder 21 auf.
Achtung: Das vorgebohrte Ende muss auf der Magnetseite
liegen.
Bedienungsanleitungen der benötigten Werkzeuge hinzu
und verwenden Sie Schutzhandschuhe.
Rahmen montieren
Schritt 1
Messen Sie die Innenmaße (H = Höhe, B = Breite) des
Türstocks (siehe Abb. A). Achten Sie auf eine vorhandene
Türstock-Auflagefläche von 30 mm an beiden Seiten. Ist diese
Fläche nicht vorhanden, passen Sie die Maße individuell,
unter Berücksichtigung der Scharniere, mit jeweils 2 cm an.
Schritt 2
Addieren Sie zu der gemessenen Höhe (H) 0,5 cm und
kürzen Sie die Aluminiumprofile
2 mittels Eisensäge und
Gehrungslade auf das ermittelte Maß.
Achtung: Kürzen Sie nicht am vorgebohrten Profilende!
Entgraten Sie die Schnittflächen mit einer Feile (siehe Abb. B).
Schritt 3
Ziehen Sie von der gemessenen Breite (B) 2 cm ab. Kürzen
Sie mit der Eisensäge das Aluminiumprofil
3 , die Mit-
telsprosse 4 und das Aluminium-Trittblech 5 auf das ermit-
telte Maß (siehe Abb. B).
Achtung: Kürzen Sie die Mittelsprosse
4 nicht am vorge-
bohrten Profilende! Entgraten Sie die Schnittflächen mit einer
Feile.
Schritt 4
Schieben Sie nun je Aluminiumprofil
2 am vorgebohrten Ende
den jeweils passenden Eckverbinder Trittblech 17 und 18 in
die Profilöffnung ein.
Achtung: Legen Sie in den Eckverbinder, der gegenüber
der späteren Scharnierseite liegt, einen Magneten
12 ein
(siehe Abb. C). Entfernen Sie die Schutzfolie eines Klettban-
des
12a , kleben es passend auf den Magneten 12 auf und
legen diesen mit dem Klettband 12a nach unten in die dafür
vorgesehene Öffnung im Eckverbinder ein (siehe Abb. C).
Verwenden Sie zum Einbringen der Eckverbinder
17 und 18
ggf. einen Gummihammer.
Schritt 5
Schieben Sie in ein Aluminiumprofil
2 die Bürstendichtung 6
von oben in die dafür vorgesehene Nut bis unten an den
bereits eingesetzten Eckverbinder
17 und 18 ein. Lassen Sie
am oberen Ende 3 cm überstehen und schneiden die Bürsten-

Montage

Montageanleitung und die Sicherheitshinweise. Benutzen Sie

Teilebeschreibung und Lieferumfang
Hinweis: Achten Sie beim Auspacken darauf, dass Sie nicht
