an den Türstock an und markieren Sie die Bohrlöcher.

hinweis:Achten Sie darauf, dass zwischen Insektenschutz-Tür und der Oberkante
der Leibung mindestens 1 cm Abstand ist. Andernfalls ist ein problemloses Aushängen
und Schließen der Insektenschutztür nicht gewährleistet.

6. Bohren Sie die Bohrlöcher und schrauben Sie die Scharnierunterteile

mittels Senk-

7. Fixieren Sie die Schließplatten

mittels Senkkopfschrauben B

am Rahmen in Höhe

der Magneten

Knipsen Sie die Spitzen der Scharnierunterteile

bis zum Ende der Einkerbung ab

hinweis:Knipsen Sie keinesfalls den kompletten Steg ab. Andernfalls können Sie das
Scharnier nicht mehr verwenden.

Stecken Sie die Scharnierunterteile

in die Scharnieroberteile

(siehe Abb. I).

Befolgen Sie die Arbeitsschritte 5. bis 7. des Kapitels „Rahmen mit Selbstschließmecha-

nismus montieren“.

reinigungundPflege

Reinigen Sie Fiberglasgewebe

und Rahmen mit einem fusselfreien, leicht angefeuchte-

ten Tuch.

Verwenden Sie ggf. ein mildes Reinigungsmittel.

Verwenden Sie keinesfalls ätzende oder scheuernde Reinigungsmittel.

entsorgung

Die Verpackung besteht aus umweltfreundlichen Materialien. Entsorgen Sie diese

in den örtlichen Recyclingbehältern.

1. Messen Sie zunächst die Innenmaße (H = Höhe, B = Breite) des Türstocks (siehe Abb. A).
2. Ziehen Sie von der gemessenen Höhe (H) 5,5 cm ab und teilen Sie den Wert durch

zwei. Kürzen Sie die Aluminiumprofile A

mittels Säge und Gehrungslade auf das

ermittelte Maß (siehe Abb. B).

3. Ziehen Sie von der gemessenen Breite (B) 2 cm ab und kürzen Sie die Aluminiumprofile

und die Mittelsprosse

mittels Säge und Gehrungslade auf das ermittelte Maß

(siehe Abb. B).

4. Entgraten Sie die Schnittflächen mittels Feile (siehe Abb. B).
5. Setzen Sie die Magneten

in zwei Eckverbinder

und einen Mittelsprossenverbinder

ein (siehe Abb. C).

hinweis: Achten Sie darauf, dass sich Eckverbinder

und Mittelsprossenverbinder

mit Magneten

auf der Seite befinden, die den Scharnieren später gegenüber liegt.

6. Verbinden Sie die Aluminiumprofile A

und B

sowie die Mittelsprosse

mittels

Eckverbindern

und Mittelsprossenverbindern

gemäß Abbildung C. Achten Sie

auf die korrekte Positionierung von Aluminiumprofilen

und Mittelsprosse

. Ach-

ten Sie darauf, dass die Vertiefungen der Aluminiumprofile

und Mittelsprosse

alle zu einer Seite zeigen. Verwenden Sie ggf. einen Gummihammer.

7. Messen Sie die Breite des Rahmens und kürzen Sie die Aluminium-Stoßleiste

mittels

Säge und Gehrungslade auf das ermittelte Maß.

hinweis:Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie die Aluminium-Stoßleiste

auf der Seite ohne

Vertiefungen montieren.

8. Schrauben Sie die Aluminium-Stoßleiste

bündig zu der Unterkante an den Rahmen

(siehe Abb. D). Achten Sie darauf, dass die Positionen der Rundkopfschrauben

mit

denen in Abbildung D übereinstimmen. Andernfalls kann der Magnet

eine korrekte

Fixierung verhindern.

9. Kürzen Sie 4 Clickleisten

auf das Maß der Aluminiumprofile A

(siehe Abb. E).

10. Addieren Sie zu den Maßen von Aluminiumprofilen B

bzw. Mittelsprosse

1,3 cm und kürzen Sie die übrigen 4 Clickleisten

auf das entsprechende Maß

(siehe Abb. E).

11. Legen Sie das Fiberglasgewebe

über den Rahmen. Setzen Sie die Grifflasche

gemäß Abbildung F ein. Fixieren Sie das Fiberglasgewebe

an jeweils gegenüberlie-

genden Seiten mittels der Clickleisten

hinweis:Achten Sie darauf, dass das Fiberglasgewebe

ausreichend gespannt ist.

Wiederholen Sie ggf. Arbeitsschritt 11.

12. Entfernen Sie überstehendes Fiberglasgewebe

mittels Teppichmesser.

13. Montieren Sie den Muschelgriff

gemäß Abbildung G.

1. Zeichnen Sie die Position für die Scharnieroberteile

an. Achten Sie darauf, dass

zwischen Ober- und Unterkante von Rahmen und Scharnieroberteil

ein Abstand von

mindestens 15 cm ist. Bohren Sie die Bohrlöcher (siehe Abb. G).

2. Schieben Sie die Federn

in das obere und untere Scharnieroberteil

(siehe Abb. G).

3. Fixieren Sie die Scharnieroberteile

mittels Senkkopfschrauben A

am Rahmen

(siehe Abb. G).

4. Stecken Sie die Scharnierunterteile

über die Federn

in die Scharnieroberteile

Snap the tops of the lower part of the hinge

off down to the lower part of the nick

(see Fig. H).

Note: Do NOT snip everything off. Otherwise you will no longer be able to use the
hinge.

Insert the lower parts of the hinge

into the upper parts of the hinge

(see Fig. I).

Follow steps 5 to 7 of the section entitled “Mounting the frame with a self-locking

mechanism“.

Clean the fibreglass fabric

and frame with a lint-free, slightly damp cloth.

At regular intervals, take the insect screen out of the window to give it a thorough clean.

Use a mild cleaning agent where necessary.

Do not under any circumstances use corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents.

The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials, which you may dispose

of at local recycling facilities.

Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details of how to dispose of your worn-
out product.

Mountingtheframe

1. First measure the internal dimensions (H = height, B = breadth) of the door frame

(see Fig. A).

2. Deduct 5.5 cm from the height (H) measured and divide the figure by 2. Shorten alumini-

um profiles A

using a saw and mitre block to the dimension calculated (see Fig. B).

3. Deduct 2 cm from the breadth you measured and shorten aluminium profiles B

and

the central bar

using a saw and a mitre block to the dimension calculated (see Fig. B).

4. Use a file to smooth the cut surfaces (see Fig. B).
5. Insert the magnets

in two corner connectors

and a central bar connector

(see Fig. C).

Note: Make sure that the corner connectors

and central bar connector

with

magnets

are on the side that will later be on the opposite side to the hinges.

6. Connect the aluminium profiles A

and B

as well as the central

by means of

corner connectors

and central bar connector

in accordance with Figure C.

Ensure the correct positioning of aluminium profiles

and central bar

. Make

sure that the indentations in the aluminium profiles

and central

all face the

same direction. You may have to use a rubber mallet.

7. Measure the breadth of the frame and cut the aluminium buffer protecting strip

using a saw and a mitre block to the dimension calculated.

Note:Make sure that you fix the aluminium buffer protecting strip

to the side

without indentations.

8. Screw the aluminium buffer protecting strip

flush with the lower side of the frame

(see Fig. D). Make sure that the position of the round-head screws

comply with

those in Figure D. Otherwise the magnet

may prevent correct fixing.

9. Shorten the click strips

to the dimension of the aluminium profiles A

(see Fig. E).

10. Add 1.3 cm to the dimensions of aluminium profiles B

or the central bar

and cut

the other 4 click strips

to the appropriate dimension (see Fig. E).

11. Place the fibreglass fabric

over the frame. Insert the grip tab

in accordance with

Figure F. Use the click strips

to fix the fibreglass fabric

in place on opposite

sides.

Note: Make sure that the fibreglass fabric

is sufficiently taut. You may have to

repeat step 11.

12. Use a carpet cutter to remove any excess fibreglass fabric

13. Mount the shell handle

in accordance with Figure G.

1. Mark the position for the top parts of the hinge

. Make sure that there is a gap of at

least 15 cm between the top and lower edge of the frame and the top part of the
hinge

. Drill the boreholes (see Fig. G).

2. Push the springs

into the upper and lower part of the top part of the hinge

(see Fig. G).

3. Fix the top parts of the hinge

into place on the frame with the counter-sunk screws A

(see Fig. G).

4. Place the lower parts of the hinge

over the springs

in the top parts of the hinge

(see Fig. I).

5. Hold the bottom parts of the hinge

against the door frame and mark the boreholes.

Note:Make sure that there is a gap of at least 1 cm between the screen door and the

Montarocaixilho

1. Primeiro meça a medida interior (H = altura, B = largura) do caixilho da porta (ver fig. A).
2. Subtraia 5,5 cm da altura (H) medida e divida o valor por dois. Corte os perfis de alu-

3. Subtraia 2 cm da largura (B) medida e corte os perfis de alumínio B

4. Rebarbe as superfícies de corte com a lima (ver fig. B).
5. Coloque os ímanes

em duas juntas de canto

e uma junta de trave central

(ver fig. C).

Nota:Certifique-se de que os ímanes

da junta de canto

e da junta de trave

central

se encontram no lado oposto onde posteriormente colocará as dobradiças.

6. Ligue os perfis de alumínio A

e B

, assim como a trave central

7. Meça a largura do caixilho e corte a barra de protecção de alumínio

Nota:Certifique-se de que monta a barra de protecção de alumínio

no lado sem

8. Aparafuse a barra de protecção de alumínio

de forma nivelada no canto inferior

do caixilho (ver fig. D). Certifique-se de que as posições dos parafusos de cabeça
redonda

coincidem com as indicadas na figura D. Caso contrário, o íman

pode

evitar uma fixação correcta.

9. Corte 4 barras de encaixe

à medida dos perfis de alumínio A

(ver fig. E).

10. Adicione 1,3 cm às medidas dos perfis de alumínio B

ou trave central

e corte

as restantes 4 barras de encaixe

à medida respectiva (ver fig. E).

11. Coloque a rede de fibra de vidro

sobre o caixilho. Insira a patilha da maçaneta

conforme ilustrado na figura F. Fixe a rede de fibra de vidro

nos respectivos

lados opostos com as barras de encaixe

Nota:Certifique-se de que a rede de fibra de vidro

está esticada o suficiente. Se

necessário, repita o passo 11.

12. Retire a rede de fibra de vidro

restante com x-acto.

13. Monte a maçaneta em concha

conforme ilustrado na figura G.
